1. Bachelor‘s degree in business, computer science, or a related field.

2. Experience as a head of operations or in a similar role.

3. Knowledge of business functions, exhibit strong business acumen.

4. Solid knowledge of data analytics.

5. Strong mathematical literacy.

Excellent organizational and leadership qualities.

7. A strategic thinker.

8. Fluent in Japanese (N1).

Devise strategies and policies with senior management for ensuring the growth of programs enterprise-wide, and implement process improvements to minimize costs.
Design and develop policies. Ensure that customer service is up to standard and correlates with strategy.
Implement effective processes and standards.
Formulate strategic, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage the implementation of IT systems.
Manage all IT solutions.
Manage customer service and ensure customer retention.
Adhere to the company’s policies and standards, and ensure that laws and regulations are being followed.
Planning, monitoring, and analyzing key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
Make performance and operating costs departments report.
Optimize inter-departmental workflow to prepare for IPO.
Reporting to BOD.
