Acecook Vietnam Partners with Cloud Ace and Google Cloud to Launch “Google Gemini GenAI Chatbot For Acecook” Project

Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company successfully collaborated with Cloud Ace and Google Cloud to hold the signing ceremony and launch of the “Google Gemini GenAI Chatbot For Acecook” project. This initiative aims to leverage cutting-edge GenAI technology to optimize the company’s business operations.

As a leading Japanese food manufacturer dominating the instant noodle, seasoning, and food production market in Vietnam, Acecook Vietnam continuously innovates and utilizes GenAI technologies to enhance employee productivity while maintaining its competitive edge in the Industry 4.0 era. However, with a complex SAP and on-premises infrastructure, Acecook faced challenges in quickly accessing information, leading to wasted time searching for data across departments. Therefore, Acecook sought out and selected Cloud Ace – a Google Cloud Managed Service Provider – as its strategic partner to implement AI projects. By integrating Google Cloud's solutions and technologies such as Gemini, Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Functions and Pub/Sub - Cloud Ace has deployed three key Google Gemini GenAI Chatbot systems for Acecook, designed to optimize information access and provide in-depth support.

The project focuses on optimizing document management and integrating AI to improve operational efficiency. The core areas include: data modeling, data flow, analysis/indexing, and chatbot conversation flow. In the data modeling phase, documents are partitioned within Cloud Storage and Vertex AI Datastore to meet Acecook's management needs. The data flow will be automated to transfer documents between systems and notify users of their status. Data analysis/indexing will involve testing various analyzers to index and build a Datastore for efficient document storage. Finally, the chatbot conversation flow will be designed on Dialogflow CX, integrated with Vertex AI Datastore to retrieve documents and provide user support.

The GenAI APY Chatbot solution from Cloud Ace and Google Cloud helps Acecook Vietnam's employees find information quickly and accurately, thereby enhancing work efficiency. This system addresses three main issues: improving employee workflows, reducing information search time, and enhancing the efficiency of identifying critical data.

With the ability to automatically process documents, the GenAI APY Chatbot facilitates immediate data input and extraction without the need for extensive training. The intuitive search experience allows employees to easily look up information using natural language. By leveraging Google Cloud's advanced AI models, this Chatbot system can intelligently extract data, helping to identify accurate information and supporting Acecook in making more effective decisions.
