DESCRIPTION

• Our DevOps is responsible for efficient development operations that can balance service reliability and delivery speed. They are skilled at using Google Cloud Platform to build software delivery pipelines, deploy and monitor services, and manage and learn from incidents.

1. Apply site reliability engineering principles to a service

2. Optimize service performance

3. Implement service monitoring strategies

4. Build and implement CI/CD pipelines for a service

5. Manage service incidents

6. Learning and Training Google Cloud technology to Customers

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of DevOps engineering experience;
• Have an in-depth understanding of Cloud architecture, Cloud management, and distributed systems concepts;
• Experience with cloud services is essential, in particular GCP Technologies (or AWS, Azure);
• Excellent scripting skills in linux with shell scripting & python and automation experience with Ansible & Terraform;
• Experience in building CI/CD pipeline automation, tooling (Github, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Problem solving and fast learning skills;
• Teamwork spirit
Priority*

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform products
• Good technical documentation and diagramming skills;
• Good English communication skills (both written and spoken);
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, dedication, and commitment;
• Experience supporting a production service;
• Knowledge of any of the following: Python, Bash, SQL, Terraform.
